This house is a combination of the old and the new. The original house was built in 1945 and added onto several times. Original construction is of true 2 x 4 Oak studs and floor joists covered by two layers of ¾" oak tongue and groove flooring. The original siding is solid wood, now covered by vinyl siding. In 2003 an addition was completed adding two bedrooms, walk in closets and 1 bathroom.

The house now features 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1\2 baths, large country kitchen, den with wood stove and family room. The house totals 1,500 square feet of living space with two porches surrounded by 11.5 acres of land.
